Final Sale Jewels (discounted at 50% off or more):

All jewelry that is discounted at 50% off or more from original retail price is FINAL SALE and may not be returned for credit or refund.

Regular-priced Jewels:

Regular priced jewelry (jewelry that is not discounted*) may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted when received in original unworn and undamaged condition, packed back into a box in a manner that prevents damage to the jewelry in shipping, and also accompanied by the invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any charges incurred by Elizabeth Showers for free shipping deals will be deducted from all refunds or credits. Discounts cannot be combined nor applied to previous purchases. Regular merchandise returns 15-30 days after the delivery date will receive online/store credit only. If you need a shipping label, please email us at sales@elizabethshowers.com. This shipping cost to return will be deducted from the refund and/or credit.  The outbound actual shipping cost (if you received free shipping) will be deducted from the refund.

Jewelry discounted from original retail price (at a lesser discount than 50% off) may be returned for online/store credit only within 7 days of the delivery date (customer's receipt date). Returns for online/store credit will only be accepted when received in original unworn and undamaged condition, packed back into a box in a manner that prevents damage to the jewelry in shipping, and also accompanied by the invoice.  The outbound actual shipping cost (if you received free shipping) will be deducted from the credit.

Special Order Jewels:

Special order jewels are made to order. Use code SPECIALORDER50  to pay 50% of the price to place your order. The remaining 50% will be charged at the time of shipping.  Estimated to ship in 6-8 weeks from date ordered. If this is a gift that you would like to give sooner than our shipping time, we can send to you a pretty photo of this jewel in a designer-signed pouch + gift-wrapped for you to give now, please make this request to sales@elizabethshowers.com. Because special order jewels are made to order there are no returns or refunds and they are final sale.

Please note natural stones vary in color and there may be a minor color variance from what is pictured online. We always strive to provide stone consistency in color and quality.
